How does Mint handle a 2-in-1?

Has anyone tried? I'm shopping for a new one, I want touch and maybe 2-in-1.
I'm not sure if Linux Mint (specifically) will handle this. I know a 2-in-1 will turn off the
keyboard when flipped over.

Technically they can run Linux if they run Windows, but read user
reports before buying a machine.

Which isn't a problem, Linux doesn't care if no keyboard is connected -
it can also use touch or mouse input.
